Increasing engagement rates is a common struggle for 44% of marketers asked. It was also 58% of marketers’ number one goal. The solution to such a problem is to keep customers happy and interested in your products or services. To do this, you should segment your data and create personalised and relevant content in your emails, then send such emails via automation. Sending relevant emails will not be perceived as spam, and it will limit the frustrations of your customers.
Retaining Customers is
Keeping a loyal customer base can be tricky, however, it is more cost effective to retain customers than find and persuade new ones. Plus, returning customers builds a loyal brand and makes you seem more trustworthy; they may also promote you via word-of-mouth. However, 18% of marketers find customer retention one of their biggest problems. The solution is to get to the point; do not send unnecessary content and keep all points relevant to the customer you are reaching. Do this by sending out emails catered to individuals; make use of the data you have segmented, and send frequent emails, such as three a month. Do not overload your customer, otherwise you’ll eventually be marked as spam.
