Dolce & Gabbana has announced the appointment of George MacPherson as UK PR & Communications Director. Based in the London office, George’s remit includes all communications strategy and activation, leading the PR and celebrity PR teams in the UK. He reports directly to Global PR and Communications Director Simona Baroni.
