I came across a great documentary by VICE tv who shared an insight into the world of fashion in Columbia. There are 2 sides to their love of fashion depending on whether you want to celebrate the beauty of the female form or celebrate the beauty of the clothing.
I’ve stated before how distasteful the heroine chic that parades the catwalks of the world but in Columbia they have taken it a step too far – plastic surgery is becoming the norm for 17 year olds who wish to lift their boobs and butt. The surgery is known locally as Narco-Beauty… I’m a big fan of the hourglass figure but this is another step too far; don’t you think?
