I met Marc the CEO of Duchamp yesterday in Harvey Nichols (an inspiring Scot who has clear passion for his product). Although they’ve always stocked the brand it is only now that it’s the full ready to wear range (RTW).
Duchamp London

Duchamp is stocked in only the best stores around the world and Marc’s ideas are largely responsible for that; when he first joined after departing from Mulberry it was almost solely cufflinks, ties and shirts – this leap into RTW the full menswear collection has really paid off. The attention to detail, the cut, the cloth it’s beautifully put together.

Never shy of colour, the collection is aimed at the confident, successful 40 year old who is beginning to realise he needs to go out a notch on his favourite belt. Never losing sight of their gift for producing the most amazing collection of ties, Marc has pushed his creative team to identify more than their celebrity client base (Stephen Fry, Michael McIntyre…) by developing a distinctive and very recognisable brand in both formal and leisure wear.

I once met a dapper little chap from Troon, who came all the way over to Edinburgh Toon, he sat down beside me was decidedly smiley and I wished I’d worn my Duchamp to be more in tune. (I apologise, don’t know where that came from.)
