Have you noticed how that wonderful art-form Japanese Harajuku is steadily influencing western fashion – in particular the make-up. Harajuku has been around in my view from the 1980’s – the use of feathers for eyelashes for example… Dare I mention her: Katie Waissel from X-Factor fame has made it more mainstream.
