I make no excuses for the fact that I am a fan of the fuller figure – androgynous, heroin chic does not work for me – hell I’ve questioned before the state of some of those dreadful skeletons that grace the catwalks around the world. But get this – there’s a mini revolution happening in modelling agencies, a few are now actively looking for bigger girls and not for glamour shots but runways and catwalks… London Fashion Week was all a buzz about it this past season, will it be again? The fight has to be lead by the designers, are they listening?

Ok, so I’m no fan of muffin top girls with too tight jeans or short skirts with a roll of flab hanging over their waist band – there’s just no excuse, why they think it makes them look sexy or good I have no idea – somebody somewhere is lying to them.
