I came across an interesting notice for designers and students alike – the Mudpie “Trend Forecasting” people are holding seminars open to anyone (at least anyone who buys a ticket) at the London College of Fashion on 27th January 2011 on the key influences for fashion S/S 2012 – tickets are from £10 to £100 for the various presentations. (I should be getting commission for this plug!)
As someone that is a trend setter I would be interested in attending to see how I’ve influenced the market place for the beginning of 2012… (kidding clearly)!
Their trend books are already available to buy on their website… I often wonder who is the leader and who is the follower in these situations but seeing as Mudpie are one of the biggest Trend Forecasting Agencies in the industry I’m guessing they’re well placed to determine what we’ll all be viewing on the runways and catwalks come next year.
