There’s a somewhat Indie band that hail from Tyneside in the UK – Maximo Park (I’m not a fan) – the lead singers name however is “Paul Smith” which amuses me no end. What’s more he’s a fan of suits and due to his energetic performances he has them specially tailored.
They’re not to everyone’s taste, hell one look and you know his cutter does not originate from Saville Row.
If you’re heading that way for some fine tailoring can I recommend you get an appointment with Thomas at English Cut.
What galls me more is the fact that he uses his name to promote the band… I mean really would they be where they are without that fate of birth? But then to be honest I admire his commercial ingenuity.
