It started 2 days ago and we’re getting loads of new talent surfacing – the press is being hesitant or scathing – the bloggers are being effusive. It’s just very full on – the titbits that are causing a stir:

1. When British schoolboys, Marcus Wainwright and David Neville, met at boarding school at Wellington College in Berkshire, twenty years ago, they little suspected that one day they would be heading up one of New York Fashion Week’s most sought-after street-style labels; Rag and Bone.

2. Jason Wu, the young Manhattan-based designer who started designing clothes for dolls and ended up dressing America’s First Lady, says he is “living the American dream”. Michelle Obama is “a fan” and gave him world-wide exposure.
